Hello my gorgeous friends. Today, let’s discuss the S word…
It’s official, the glitter storm is upon us, and I know you’ve been feeling the change in pressure.
We all know that feeling; Fuzzy-head syndrome takes over and you can’t see the wood for the trees. Your mind and body feel lethargic and you just can’t seem to get motivated.
It’s so normal, and we’ve all been there. It happens without us realising and can feel like a tricky hole to climb out of. But there is a way, there is always a way!
Here are a few tried and tested ideas to help break the rut and get you back to feeling more like you.
Oh hiya!
You might be wondering who this new kid on the block is, but it’s me silly! Emma Lou!
I decided to rebrand a few months ago as I realised I’d grown out of By Emma Lou.
Let me explain a little…
First of all, I’m encouraging you to leave any guilt at the door and put your worries away before you read this. Whatever’s brought you here just know that you’re not alone.
Disclaimer: If you’re not a Peepshow fan then please ignore this photo ^ it’s not an accurate picture of life coaching… But if you are a Peepshow fan then this one’s for you. Don’t worry, I’m not about to therapise you.
There’s a Southpark episode called “Simpsons Already Did It” and I think you can guess from the title what it’s about, and from that you can probably guess the gist of this post too.
If you’re anything like me, Instagram is either a great source of inspiration or a massive demoraliser. It’s so easy to get comparison syndrome and FOMO when we’re scrolling through, which can then make us feel like imposters and as though we’re not good enough to be here.
